Three things stop most people from starting

You don't want to be on camera.

Every route in the ebook is faceless. You narrate, or you use a voice tool, and the pictures carry the video.

You don't want to pay before anything works.

Each idea runs on a chatbot, free image and editing tools, and media that you're allowed to use. The ebook says where a free plan stops.

You don't know which channel to pick.

Each idea shows a channel that already works, how hard it is to make and how risky it is, so you can choose in one sitting.

The risk scale page from the ebook's toolkit

What most channel ebooks leave out

Know the risk before you make a single video

YouTube stops paying channels that it judges repetitive or mass-produced. So every idea carries a score, and the changes that bring it down.

2low
3take care
4high
5avoid

All 40 ideas in Volume 1 score 1, 2 or 3. The score is our own rating of each format, not a promise from YouTube.

Questions

What do I get?

One download with two files: the ebook, a 93-page PDF that you can read on a phone, tablet or computer, and a text file with every prompt, so that you can copy them without retyping.

Can I buy it on Kindle instead?

Yes, it's on Amazon for Kindle. The Kindle edition has the same pages and prompts, but it doesn't come with the separate text file, so you copy the prompts from the pages instead. If you want the text file too, buy it from this page.

Do I need to show my face or my voice?

No to the face. For the voice, you can record your own, or turn the script into speech with a voice tool. The ebook lists the voice tools and what their free plans allow.

Do I need to buy any software?

No. Every idea can be made with a free chatbot account, free image and editing tools, and media that you're allowed to use. The ebook points out where a free plan stops, for example voice tools whose free plans don't allow a channel that earns money.

Which AI chatbot do the prompts work with?

Any of the big ones: Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini, including their free plans.

Will my channel be paid by YouTube?

Nobody can promise that. YouTube decides who joins its partner programme. The risk score on each idea shows how far a format sits from YouTube's rules on repetitive content, and how to make your version safer.

Are the subscriber numbers up to date?

They're from the day that we researched each channel, and most of these channels have grown since. They show that people watch the format, not what your channel will earn.

What if a tool changes its free plan?

The ebook names the job first, so you know what to search for. Corrections and tool changes go on the ebook's updates page, which is linked inside the ebook.
